Que. – How to reset my password?
Ans. – If you forgot your password and want to reset it, click on forgot password just enter your registered email address the “Password Reset Link” will be sent to your Email Id. Click on the link and reset your password.
Que. – Why I did not receive any coupon code in the email?
Ans. – You did not receive any coupon code in the email because you did not sign up for the newsletter or we did not run any promotional offers.
Que. – How to use coupon code?
Ans. – To use the coupon code place an order on the payment page and enter the coupon code the offer will be applied.
Que. – While entering the coupon code it is showing invalid what to do?
Ans. – If the coupon code is showing invalid means the code you entered is incorrect or expired.

Ans. – You can track your order by logging in to your account under my order section you’ll get the tracking details. Also, you’ll get the tracking details on your registered Email Id and Phone number.

Ans. – Once you place the order it’ll take 5-7 days to deliver the product.
Que. – How to return the product?
Ans .- You can return the product by logging in to your account, under my order section you can request for return.
Que. – How to cancel the order?
Ans. – First login to your account under my order section check the order you want to cancel click on “Cancel Order” to cancel the order.

Ans. – In Vayuyaan, you can return the order within 7 days after the product is delivered to you.
Que. – What is the return policy?
Ans. – Before receiving the parcel make sure it is not torn or damaged don’t pick up the parcel if it is torn or damaged. If the product is damaged, not working, wrong product delivered in this case we take the return of the product. Check the complete return policy of Vayuyaan.
Que. – How much time it’ll take to get back the refund?
Ans. – Once we receive the product we check the product after that we initiate the refund. For the wallet amount it’ll take 24 hours, for net banking transactions the time is 3-5 working days, for debit or credit cards the duration will be 7-9 working days and if the amount is paid by cash on delivery we need your bank details to proceed the refund.

Ans. – If you want free shipping you have to place a prepaid order value of above 499.
Que. – What are the payment methods you accept?
Ans. – We have integrated Razorpay as our payment partner so you can pay by net banking, Credit Card, Debit card, UPI, and cash on delivery.

Ans. – You can stop promotional offers on your email by clicking unsubscribe in the last section of your email.
Que. – Can I edit or cancel the order after it has been placed?
Ans. – Before dispatching the order you can call us and edit or cancel the order once it is dispatched there is only one option which is to cancel the order.
Que. – What are the rates of shipping?
Ans. – If you place an order on cash on delivery below 499 you have to pay 50 rs. for shipping charges and 50 rs. for Cash on delivery charges. For the prepaid order below 499, there will be 50 rs. for shipping charges. For cash on delivery above 499, there will be 50 rs. for shipping charges and for prepaid orders above 499 rs. There will be no extra charges applicable.
